Purchase and Enquiry Matters

1. Do order thru the "Order Basket" on the right sidebar. Include your product no., name, address, tel and email. Under the "remarks", please indicate you prefer normal mail, registered mail or self-collection.
**Please rest assured that your personal details will not be released publicly.

2. Do ensure your order list, before placing them. We only accept minor changes to the order.

3. We allow mix and match order. Order up to SGD 100, Red Snapper will waive the delivery cost.

4. Delivery charges are charged separately.
Delivery charges in Singapore:
- $1.50 for normal post
(different cost for make-up tools, check with us)

- $2.50 for registered post (different cost for make-up tools, check with us)

- Courier delivery can be arranged. Cost will be given upon confirmation.

- Free for self collection. Location: either Jurong point or Bukit Timah area

**Note:
- We will not be held responsibility for any loss of products if you opt for normal delivery.
- We will not be held responsibility for any damages cause during the delivery.
- We will do a quality check before delivery.


5. We will reply with confirmation to your order list and payment options will be given.

6. Payment has to be made before delivery. We accept paypal and local bank transfer. We will act upon once payment is confirmed and gone thru.

7. Products will be reserved for 3 days upon payment. After which, we will release for sales.

8. After payment, do send us payment reference details (ref num and name) for delivery confirmation.

9. Our delivery schedule is every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. You should receive the products within 2-3 working days. For peak period, delivery timing will be slightly longer.

10. No refunds once product is sold. Products sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
